SESSION ONE:

Your breath is one of the most powerful tools for grounding and moving the energy of stress and trauma.  In the opening session, Leah will take us on a guided breathwork journey to clear the stagnant energy and release the heavy baggage.

SESSION TWO:

In every breakdown there exists the potential for a powerful breakthrough.  In this session, Beth will take us through exercises to help you compost any "crap" you may have experienced so you can use it as rich fertilizer for bigger and better things. 

SESSION THREE:

We'll end the workshop by helping you create your very own "inspired action plan", translating the wisdom into tangible steps so you can thrive and flourish!  We'll show you how to use our proprietary planning system to manifest your biggest dreams and goals while supporting your health and happiness.
