They are both 9D Breathwork Journeys, but the Dream Big, Live Bold Journey is specifically tailored to the theme of Dreaming Big and Living Bold! There are NLP and hypnotic suggestions that are built into the scripting of the journey to support you in expanding your creativity while powerful breathwork releases are architected to move stuck and stagnant energy that keeps yo playing small.
The January Somatic Magic™ 9D Journey will have a different theme and it will build on the DBLB Journey.
